12:00PM	How To Improve Performance At Your Lowest Performing Stores Not every store can be perfect, but ops leaders constantly strive to coach and support their stores to help them improve. In this session we’ll share stories along with Samantha Kessler, Senior Project Training Manager at Wesco, of how lower performing stores made positive and lasting change, and what drove success along the way, and how Zenput can drive the right behavior.
12:30PM	Panel Discussion: Food Safety Leaders Hear from a panel of food safety leaders, including Julie Castro, Director of Culinary Operations & Operations Services at California Pizza Kitchen and Nick Bouse, Director of Food Service at Love’s, on latest trends, how their teams address specific issues, how Zenput is used to improve food safety, and more.
1:15PM	Creating Safe Environments: How To Reduce Risk, Create Awareness And Build Trust In The Workplace Join this session with Keith Roberts, Senior Quality & Safety Advisor at Pizza Express, where he’ll explore the benefits, challenges, and daily responsibilities in creating a passion for safety in the workplace, and show how Zenput is used to communicate and execute their safety work throughout the organization.
1:45PM	Zenput Temp Monitoring & Zenput Labels: Creating Efficiency Into Your Operation Most stores spend over three hours per day on food prep labeling and temperature checks alone.Peyton Whitty, Field Training Manager & Food Safety Specialist at RPM Pizza (Domino’s Franchisee) will discuss how Zenput customers automate and prioritize work in their stores and reallocate that time towards other critical tasks.

11:30AM	How To Build And Sustain A Strong Food Safety Culture – Trials, Tribulations, Tactics And Tools Join Christina Serino, Senior Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at P.F. Chang’s where she’ll discuss their approach to food safety procedures, share how they drive and sustain their mission of food safety, and how Zenput is used to monitor and reinforce it.
12:00PM	Achieving A Consistent Brand And Marketing Experience Through Flawless Execution Months of preparation go into a marketing campaign. You work with business partners on value and product offerings, agree on the expected outcomes and align these efforts to build on the brand experience. It takes a concerted effort from frontline teams to make this a reality. Karol Monge, Sr. Manager Brand Standards at Wingstop, will share proven strategies for using Zenput to bring the desired brand experience to reality.
12:30PM	Panel Discussion: Operations Leaders Join this diverse panel of operations leaders from the restaurant, convenience store, and grocery store industries, including Raul Lepe, VP of Strategic Planning & Ops at Diversified Restaurant Group (Taco Bell Franchisee), Graham Fenwick, Productivity and Change Director at PizzaExpress, and Mike Saigh, President at Team Murph (Domino's Franchisee), where they will compare and contrast their respective approaches to operations execution, and share ideas that you can bring to your own operation.
