Ensure all auto-allocated ingredients have been received and non-allocated ingredients acquired if applicable Checked
Ensure all smallwares required to prepare the Restaurant Special are onsite and in good condition Checked
Ensure all marketing collateral has been received by the restaurant by the expected delivery date as communicated in the campaign brief Checked
Ensure the leadership team have completed their Restaurant Special training Checked
Ensure BETTY is checked daily in the lead up to the Restaurant Special launch and that rostered team members are completing their Restaurant Special training during their shift Checked
Ensure the latest SATO update has been installed with Restaurant Special items Checked
Ensure the campaign brief has been posted to the restaurant noticeboard for the team to review Checked
Ensure all training documents including SOPs, build cards, hero cards and BOH Shelf Life Sheet have been printed and laminated where applicable. Checked
Ensure the allergen chart has been printed and laminated and all team members are aware of any allergens. Checked
Ensure that the leadership team rostered on launch day check that the Restaurant Special is available via our delivery partners and via the Betty Online Ordering App (if applicable) Checked
Ensure the Point of Sale (POS) has been updated to reflect the Restaurant Special on Redcat and on the delivery menu (if applicable) Checked
Place a test order of the restaurant special through the Point of Sale to ensure that all food items appear on the relevant KDS and in the production summary. Checked
Ensure the prep list and ordering guide have been updated to reflect Restaurant Special ingredients and stock levels. Checked
Ensure any frozen items to be prepped are set to be pulled from the freezer allowing adequate time to defrost. Checked
Ensure the leadership team have conducted or scheduled tasting sessions prior to lunch and dinner service for the team rostered on the day of the Restaurant Special launch Checked
Ensure the Point of Sale (POS) team are able to answer the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and allergen information provided by marketing and are well versed with suggestive selling dialogue Checked
Ensure all marketing collateral is set up to replicate the POS set up in the campaign overview and take and upload a photo of your restaurant set up once complete. Checked
