Product quality was excellent during the visit today, burger build was apot on, fresh, hot and delicious!! Minor opportunities with tomato prep, chicken thaw and angus thaw hold times and cross contamination
Topline Service Observations
Service at DT point very strong, friendly, appropriate suggestive selling, survey mentioned. Speed was affected by fresh fillet patties, and could have been more attentive on counter.

General exterior and interior cleanliness of high standard. Opportunities with bathroom floor, around seating, coving, DT exterior window graffiti and wall damage present.
